I opted out of China painting to pursue a career as an Activities Coordinator for Sunrise Senior Living, an American company, in 2005. I have never lost my passion for china painting .
In late 2009 I was coaxed back from retirement to demonstrate at the Centigrade show in Haydock England and also to teach at a weekend workshop at Alston Hall England 2009.
Last year I had my china painting studio built at home but because of work commitments I don't paint as often as I would like. I do teach a small class one evening a week. My dream one day is to learn, teach and study and to develop new skills to enhance my love for china painting as a full time career.
